California Tax Limitation Committee
The California Tax Limitation Committee (CTLC) is a non-profit, non-partisan public policy agency focused on raising voter awareness about the profligate spending, confiscatory taxation and unsustainable public pension debt facing cities across our state. We are building a statewide network for qualifying and passing local initiatives that will bring tax relief to beleaguered citizens and businesses, and reduce the unsustainable costs and debt of local and state government.
